The COVID-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of life as we knew it and forced the world into a new paradigm.

Organizations across the world are adjusting to an almost overnight shift from business-as-usual to new ways of working. Now, more than ever, operational resilience is key.

The rapid shift in our collective culture emphasizes how important it is to prepare organizations for a more resilient future, redesigning to be more agile and appropriately balanced in order to mitigate risk. The pandemic has acted as an accelerant to shifting business models, and there is no going back for financial services.

Philippe Ricard, Chief Operating Officer for CIB Americas and BNP Paribas USA, discusses some of the ways businesses are reinventing themselves at the 2020 WIN Forum in New York. The event is hosted by Women in Innovation and aims to push diversity and inclusion forward and close the funding gap.

Click below to watch a replay of Philippe's conversation and see how BNP Paribas is using the lessons learned from the crisis to prepare for new ways of working – our "new normal."
