BNP Paribas has sponsored the PRI - Principles for Responsible Investment - in Person conference.

BNP Paribas sponsored the PRI (Principles for Responsible Investment) in Person conference in Berlin, one of the largest global forums targeted to PRI signatories and investment professionals.

This event was a joint-sponsorship between Global Markets and Securities Services and enabled collaboration and discussion on key sustainability topics. A range of issues were discussed, including sustainable financing solutions and how to channel finance towards furthering the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda. The conference brought together over 950 delegates from the world's largest asset owners and managers, to key policy makers from the PRI.

Some panels included a discussion around technology, ESG management, and the megatrends ahead for investors. A dedicated cybersecurity panel, featuring Senior BNP Paribas Asset Management ESG analyst, Filipe Gordillo, also provided insight into the potential impact and risk management issues surrounding cybersecurity for investors.
