The list seeks to highlight key industry role models who champion awareness of LGBT and diversity within their organisations.

Diversity and Inclusion is core to BNP Paribas' culture and we strive to promote and maintain a diverse, inclusive and stimulating work environment where differences are welcome and supported."
As part of its Diversity & Inclusion Week in October this year, BNP Paribas hosted its inaugural Global LGBT business conference focused on supporting LBGT inclusiveness.
