BNP Paribas acted as Mandated Lead-Arranger and Sole Bookrunner for the partial extension of TNT's EUR1 billion Revolving Credit Facility as part of TNT's strategy to maintain financial flexibility. The facility, originally signed in March 2005 and expiring in 2012, will be extended until 2015 for EUR 400m. The facility is used as liquidity backup for TNT's Euro-commercial paper programe and for general funding purposes.
