ISO Certification: a quality commitment

The ISO 9001 certification is applied to Documentary Credits and Collections processing in the French network, as well as to branches for "Trade activities" in Hong Kong, Singapore, Morocco, Tunisia, Saint Denis de la Réunion, Madagascar,  India, Senegal, GCC Bahrain and Cairo. This certification process is gradually implemented in other sites of the group.

Not only strict timing standards in the processes must be met. BNP Paribas is constantly evaluating all processes needed to reach its quality commitments in order to offer high level services to customers and provide training to customers on International Trade Business.
